About Me

First off, I'd like to shout out all my international friends. But gettin to it. I have always been an athlete and have appreciated the art of competition. I began reluctantly in competitive swimming at age 4 depending on who you ask, until I found water polo. I lived slept and ate water polo for 7 years of my young adult hood. Won some awards, represented my country in some Youth Team games, played for a great school until I quit it all one day. That was the hardest decision I have ever made. I still can't adequately explain what destroyed my passion for the game. But since that day, I have never truly returned to the sport. I played one year at CSULB after graduating from Stanford and that was that.I started training in Krav Maga at the National Training Center in W. LA back in Nov. of 2005 and was instantly addicted. I needed a new athletic focus. Self Defense and eventually fighting became my newest fixation.I now teach Tuesday nights at that National Training Center: 7:00 Level 1 8:00 KM Bag (fitness)I now offer private training as well. Send me a message if you are in LA area for scheduling (availability permitting).I had my first fight on the Oxygen Reality TV Show, FIGHT GIRLS.Since my first fight, I have been blessed with a lot of positive feedback and support from individuals all over the world. THANK YOU ALL.From here, I continue to train, grow and develop new tools for my fight game. I have no clue where this will take me. What I can say, is there has been no athletic challenge like pitting your wit, skill, intensity, determination and endurance against another human being. But I am down for the challenge.
