A long story is something special. It is something that relaxes, yet at the same time, excites. It satisfies, then leaves you wanting more. It reminds you of a time when you could just sit on your grandpa's knee and watch the time slowly roll by as he told one of his long stories. It is something to look forward to, and it is something to be respected.
