Beyond Purity is a metal band from Gothenburg, Sweden.
Their sound is based around harmonic and heavy guitar work, technical drums, and both aggressive and melodic vocals.
Their lyrical themes range from inner struggles to personal experiences, views on society/other people and life itself
The birth of the band goes back to 2006, when Filip, Johan and Oskar wanted to start up their own metalband in their hometown.
They had some problems with their original drummer, later on, they got their hands on Calle, the machine of the band, which is when "Beyond Purity" really started to shine.
After some time, Beyond Purity's original vocalist left the band.
The new vocalist, Johannes was introduced to the band by "Nyllet", a friend they both had encommon.
Johannes fit into the band perfectly, and the band headed to the studio..s after 2 mere weeks with him to record the demo that is currently on this MySpace page.
The band is now in process of rehearsing like crazy, writing new material, and giging out in Sweden.
They are gonna record a new untitled demo in May (If all goes as planned)
