The Hardliners

This is the story about a rock´n´roll band from the 20th century whose ego got too big. Oh sorry, you´ve heard it all before. Well, fronted by megastar singer Karl Kanga they crossed the Atlantic in the mid-90´s to roll the dice and have a go at the American market. Unfortunately they had it all : the sex, the drugs and sometimes even a bit of that old rock´n´roll. Lost in the decadence they returned to Sweden to record their second album and sign a million dollar deal to an American record company. Remember kids, this is way before internet and myspace. Enter Lawyers: and a 500-page record contract that no one is supposed to understand and endless recording sessions that no one remembers the day after. After two years of negotiations with the record company Karl Kanga decided to leave the band and in a hasty decision throws away the HD with all the recorded files. Yes kids, they were pioneers! Since that day neither the files or Karl Kanga have been found, until recently, when a retarded producer found the original tapes. Of course kids, they were cool and recorded to tape! We will upload songs, from this "the Wasted Album"(1997), one by one as they are being restored. Meanwhile enjoy this truly remarkable band and some excellent songs....They Have Left The Building!
