I would like to share all of my thoughts and concerns regarding global warming and other environmental issues with my friends and fans. I am the vocalist, pianist, and guitartist of the band nem . I'm involved with several organizations that work towards healing the world.
Planning for the Future:
The second album will resemble the first album(Güneste Yalniz) in that it will contain tracks that are focused on the problems of the environment, and how the world has the potentional to turn into not only a sad, but fearful place to live. As time passes this issue becomes more sensitive and critical, therefore demanding urgent attention. The mistakes that are being made are stealing our future...
Two of the songs from our debut album, 'Nukleer Kis'(Nuclear Winter, a song about the aftermath of the mistakes that humanity makes in destroying the world and themselves), and 'Yarim Kalan Hayaller Yasindayiz(We Are In An Age ofUnfulfilled Dreams)' have been included in a compilation cd that was put together by EMI & Petrol Records entitled, 'The GreatestSongs Ever.' The compilation cd is distributed throughout 25 countries. The purpose of the compilation cd is todisplay the culture and music of a country through the artisits that Petrol Records felt expressed that country and itsissues best.
