About Me

Think like a man of action, and act like a man of thought.
-I am Tony.
-I'm 22 years old.
-I work at a day job which doesn't pay much, but that's why I'm...
-back in school. If I look like a zombie, don't worry, I don't crave brains, just sleep.... or coffee. But all that doesn't stop me from doing what I love...
-Creativity, in a nutshell. Movies have always been my passion. I've also delved into music and photography. I enjoy the whole media experience all around I suppose. Onstage and backstage. In front and behind the camera. If I could split into multiple people and do it all at once, I would.
-I'm a living cartoon character one minute. Calm and quiet as a monk the next.
-I detest lying, so don't do it. Not even if you think it's to spare my feelings.
-I always aim to be a good person. Lend a helping hand, be a gentleman toward womenfolk, respect people even if they're not my favorite people for whatever reason. But if it ever seems I'm being a dick, alert me. It probably wasn't on purpose. Most likely I just had my head in the clouds. (I estimate around 75% of my daily brain power goes toward my imagination. It's a gift and a curse.)
-Here's a link to my website if you'd like to take a gander at some of my stuff. Enjoy!
Website of Doom!
But really, if you wanna know what's in my head, just ask.
“When one man, for whatever reason, has the opportunity to lead an extraordinary life, he has no right to keep it to himself." ~Jacques-Yves Cousteau

My Interests

art, acting, listening to music, watching movies, theater, reading, writing, videogaming, making movies, making music, being a night owl, playing pool, hanging around coffee shops, beach bonfires, somehow ending up at a random diner by the end of the night, any dumb low-cost form of entertainment to share with friends. spontaneity, it's the spice of life.

I'd like to meet:

Always looking for artistic people to collaborate with, especially with film.

Other than that, always open to meeting new faces. In general, good souls. decent people. open-minded people. and people who don't mind open-minded people.

For example, people who read intellectually stimulating books, and watch intellectually stimulating movies, and have intellectually stimulating conversations, as well as enjoy a good fart joke. People who appreciate the artistic, societal, and historical value of Schindler's List as much as they enjoy Zoolander. People who partake in wholesome and tasteful activities like wine tasting and going to the theater, as well as laughing boorishly at a dead baby joke.... the list goes on and on....

Music:

just about anything. mainly various forms of rock, classical, jazz, and experimental.

Movies:

i'll watch anything. i was raised with movies. they're a part of me.

Television:

BSG, Firefly, Futurama, X-Files, Twilight Zone, random late night movies. Basically anything good to pass out with at night. Mostly I watch old shows on DVD.

Books:

World War Z, Einstein's Dreams, Snow Crash, High Fidelity, If Chins Could Kill, Staring At Sound, Brain Droppings, Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas, Fight Club, Choke, Ender's Game, Scott Pilgrim, JTHM, Alice In Wonderland...

I love all sorts of books, but I'm terribly slow to finish them. If you've got any good recommendations, let me know, and I'll add them to the evergrowing pile.

Heroes:

people who take risks to make things happen. people who save lives....and people i just think are f**king cool. examples:and so on...
