The Introduction: Young WYNO
Raised by Criminals, Drug Addicts, Gangsters, & Hustlers from the ghettos throughout the West Coast young Wyno learned how to survive and fend for himself. His Father was killed in 1989, he was then relocated to the Northwest where he was abandoned on the streets by his drug addicted Mother at the age of 12.
Soon after he was left, young Wyno was jumped into a gang where he earned his alias WYNO. At 14 young Wyno was no stranger to handcuffs for robberies, assaults, weapons charges and various other criminal activities before he was 16. These choices landed him in Court rooms, Group Homes, Foster Homes, Jails, & Various other institutions.
New Beginning: Hiphop Saves A Life
In 2002 he created the group ILLFLUENT w/ Solid Savage and released the ILLFLUENT EP a 6 track CD that created a local buzz. Wyno then released a solo EP WYNO the Eurocladon. In 2005 ILLFLUENT came back to release a full length LP ILLFLUENT: The Cornerstone, which sold 20,000+ copies throughout the 4 Corner Region and landed 3 hit singles on TOP 40 Radio (WYNO baby!, If You Don’t Like Rap, Rated Ill), and a music video (Circe of Bums)! In late 2007 they released Solid Savages solo debut RATED ILL which sold over 10,000+ units THUS FAR!, with more hit singles on TOP 40 radio! ( The Letter, Distractions ft. Wyno)
THE FUTURE is NOW
Wyno is putting the finishing touches on 2 new projects coming out soon!
