About Me

Myspace Layouts - Myspace Editor

When I just reached 9, my parents have offered me a saxophone. What a gift. Thanks Pa & Ma !

So I began to hardly study It. I have attended my local music school for about 11 years. And then I played in every local band I could find : quatuors (love Bach), quartets, Marching bands, Big Bands, even symphonic bands when there was saxophone scores (thanks Ravel), etc….

And then I just quit cause I really was fed up with all of It : forced to study string keys( didn’t give a f..), too much time doing dayly technic exercices (to hurt my hands), tired of apologizing every time to my new neighbours when I moved in a small apartment.

Then, 7 years later,, I got to my first techno party, smoking spliffs (for the first time ever), and a new friend of mine has lended me a pair of decks for one week.

A bit of a chock I must say…

So, few weeks later, I spent 3 month’s wages for 2 Technics MKII, a mixer, and about a hundred discs. After beginning in House-Garage stuff (so logical from a jazz background), I don’t say I have any style. I try to be a chameleon. Mixing with efficiency depends on the location (Club, Bars, Concert Hall, Beach), the hour you play and, most important, on people you see. I just care about Dancers : they really handle the game and I’m just here to entertain them.

Non-official member of the Electronikcircus (check our website : www.electronikcircus.com), I try to provide soul stuff to my Electro-freaks mates : Zentrax, Matt’s, Mervyn and Louis De Bourbon (especially Louis de Bourbon).

My wish : becoming pro and most important : MAKE PEOPLE DANSE !!! Special big Ups for Zentrax and Frogman. Thanks for all you’ve done for me.

Merci.
