CircaDiaz

CircaDiaz are a 5 piece raw rock powerhouse of a band based in Sheffield/England. Having formed in November 2006 and after having played only a handful of gigs under assumed names the band went into the studio in early 2007 to work with producer Matt Elliss. The result is 'Introducing CircaDiaz', a 7 track mini-album showcasing the bands unique Anglo-Americana sound. Aimed as a cross genre record, it manages to fuse sounds & styles past & present, soundscapes melodic yet energetic, while never straying from their unifying rawness. Throw into the mix a truly awe-inspiring vocal talent & you should get an inkling of this young bands potential.
The band have since been back in the studio to record the next batch of songs which combined with those already laid down means they are now putting the finishing touches to their self-titled debut album at the start of 2008.
