About Me

I'm a laid-back person, but I've discovered I'm pretty OCD about certain things. Like, I am really OCD about my school email inbox. I hate when it's more than 2 pages. And I really like it when my house is clean. It makes me feel like my life is together or something. I'm pretty poor right now. But it's because I'm not working so ... it makes sense. I love performing and writing. If I could do either or both of those things and get paid some sort of money for it, that would be my dream. I laugh at a lot of things. Even when it's a really bad joke, I usually laugh. I don't like people that don't laugh. Like, seriously, a smile is not the same. I know you're "appreciating" it or whatever, but just effing laugh, okay? Procrastination has become the way I deal with school. If only I could not stress about it until I actually do the assignment, that's the kicker. If I could just be cool mentally with the fact that I will do the 7 page paper the day of and knowingly still get a B on it, I would be golden. But, I stress anyway even though that's exactly how it happens. I only work hard on things I really care about. I don't want to waste my life on anything less. Especially essays. Essays are useless unless they are written by Emerson or Chuck Klosterman. I'm a lot of fun to be around in general. I am no wet blanket - I am a hot comforter straight from the dryer. I'm also pretty talented. Just ... throwing it out there.

Here's who I would not like to meet: Someone who is stuck-up, ignorant, talks about themselves too much, selfish, self-righteous, judgmental, close-minded, and/or Ann Coulter. If you are not like that - congratulations, first of all - I would probably like to meet you. Provided, of course, you're not a convicted murderer or child molester or anything. Those would also be included in the kinds of people I would NOT like to meet.If I had the chance to meet a famous person, I'd want to meet Harold Ramis, Parker Posey, Hank Azaria, Johnny Depp, Joseph Fiennes, Harry Shearer, Mel Brooks, Jon Stewart, Stephen Colbert, and/or Tony Shalhoub.
