Influences:DJ COSMIC //• Cosmic have seen a lot of come and go’s,ever since he started as a Dj,almost 15 years ago! ”It was just for fun” he recalls and today looking back at his career,he realizes that none of this would have been possible without his love for the music!Creator and co-founder of the “Supreme team”,Cosmic was the man behind the Supreme team Djs “US” tour in 1999,where they realised every Djs dream,by playing in the best clubs of New-york,they are remaining to this day,the only European dj team to ever tour in New-york city finest clubs! From 2000,Cosmic started to bring the best live shows from US artists such as Destiny’s child,Usher,112,Prince,DMX and MTV the lick! Resident for 10 years at the legendary Mondial in the Netherland,the mecca of Hip-hop & R&B,he made his name trough Europe’s and you can still find him rocking the spot every week end in Germany,Belgium,Holland and France.
Sounds Like: TIME TO SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT!First,i would like to apologize ,for keeping some of ya'll in the dark for a long time about few issues.So many of you ,came up to me and Joss wether we was playing in Holland, Germany,France or Belgium to show some real love and support this last months.There was a lot of rumors who went down about Cosmic & Joss and the fact that we dont play in the Mondial anymore. Weeks after weeks, we kept hearing the same thing all over again,how Mondial isn't the same anymore without me and Joss,but to all of you,i kept saying,keep on goin and enjoy it while you can,cause everything got to come to an end... The truth is that,even with the incredible fame the Supreme Team Djs had during all this years,i always thought that no matter what trouble happened,it should have stayed an inside story and even with our differences amongst the team ,it wasn't the public's interest" cause the show had to go on" as they say. So went i talk about "Respect" thats what i mean! I think,we own our audience and fans to be as professionnal as we can,throught good or bad times and not taking this job for granted,cause to me... we are just Djs!!! However some people have taken this "respect" for a weakness,running their mouth and hatin,living the illusion of "fame",disrespecting people,clients,co-workers and fans...to you i say "What goes around come back around"So we kept the faith and moved on and like someone told me,"greater things will come" ,God keeps me grounded and reminds me to stay humble.While me and Joss,kept a low profile and concentrate on much more important issues in our lives,such as our families and other priorities,we are thankfull to have been blessed by accomplishing so many things in our Dj's carreer,together and individualy. Travelling around the world,winning contest,meeting stars,sold out partys,organize shows & concerts what can we possibly envy to anybody out there? So we encourage the new generation of Djs,dancers and artists to stay true to themself,if you got talent and love for what you do,keep on believe and you will find your way. As the co-founder of the crew,I would like to salute, all the original menbers of the SUPREME TEAM. We have come a long way together and if it wasn't for each and every single one of you,we would not have been what we were,dont let nobody fool you,we didnt "make you" ,you made us the N°1 team So as team mate ,All of you deserve my respect and i wish you good luck for the future.
