Hi and thanks for visiting my page! So you want toget to know more about me? Alright, here it goes... I'ma real easy guy to talk to. I can stimulate your mindand hold interesting conversations if you try me. I loveto hang out and party like I closed a deal. I enjoy thenightlife. I like to go clubbing and dance the nightaway or we can chill in the lounge if you just want tohangout. But don't exclusively think of me as a partyanimal, I do have my "me-times" occasionally to providesome balance to my never ending social life. I can getstraight down to business if I have to. I am Filipino,Spaniard, and Chinese. I stand 5'11". Pretty tall for anAsian guy you say? I get that a lot.
I enjoy walks in the beach, sunsets, and specializein sweeping you off your feet. I enjoy working out 5times a week, and have a strict diet. But don't confusemy concern for my health and appearance to society asbeing conceited; there is a difference you see. I eatanything and everything. My doctor says I have a fastmetabolism, I guess it’s a good thing.
I'm an outdoors kind of guy, and love talking to andmeeting new people. I get along with just about everyoneand can build and maintain rapport and relationships(Business and Personal) easily. I am a doer and notafraid to take risks, but I do conform when corrected.Everyday to me is an adventure. "A lifestyle is aterrible thing to waste." I focus on living life to thefullest drama-free; you may never know what you may missout on. There are two kinds of people in this world: Onewho watches life goes by and one who becomes a part ofit. I am the one who plays center stage at it.
As you can see I am single at the moment. It is rarethat I am. I guess my schedule and time does not permitme to entertain for one. Or am I just lazy to be in one?I miss those rainy days where you call in sick andreluctantly want to break away from a good spooning. Attimes, I do miss being in a relationship. For example,when I see a sweet couple together, it brings sweetflashbacks in my mind. But when I do, I shake it off andsnap back into my "Hustling" mode and start closingdeals. I’ve got to secure my family's future firstbefore anything else. That way, my family, future ladyto be, and I are secured for many generations to come.

I truly believe that there is that one special personwho is waiting for me to rescue her from all herproblems and she doesn't even know it. Ladies, as for the, "What does this guy do?...Wheredoes he work? Is he secure? Can he provide?"questions... I am a California Licensed Real EstateAgent and Mortgage Loan Officer engaging in Real EstateSales, Mortgage Loans, and Real Estate propertyinvestments. I am also currently working on my Real Estate Broker's License as well and plan on specializing in Commercial Real Estate in the next 2 years and expand my operations and employees outside of San Diego. I work for one of San Diego's bestbrokerage in Mira Mesa. Yes, I do wear a suit and tie towork, but like Huckleberry Finn and Tom Sawyer, Iquickly get out of it once I get out of the office andhop into my jeans and t-shirt. I get paid enough. Butdon't confuse me with those stuffy rich snobs, I'mgenerous and very friendly too you know. Also, don'tmistake my kindness as a weakness; I can pull the plugon you if I feel a slight feeling of being takenadvantage of. I love doing what I do and I do it best!Nothing beats the feeling of witnessing my clients jumpfor joy when you help their dreams come true whichleaves a bubbly feeling in my heart that keeps me going.It's no different if you're my friend. I guess it feelsgood to help a soul.

I find art in everything especially beauty. You'llknow you're a masterpiece if I comment something niceabout you. I enjoy surrounding myself withpositive-minded and successful people, but I do alsoenjoy sharing my time with those who are less-fortunate.I am very uplifting and positive minded. I'm the type ofperson who wants everyone around me to succeed and comeup. I love music and can't live without it. I love HipHop and R&B. I do occasionally listen to Rock andAlternative to provide balance. I have an acousticguitar that I enjoy playing when I feel sad or stressed.I sometimes write songs I sing and play to when I amangry, happy, or in love. I love to sing. Singing abeautiful song expresses whatever I feel inside. Itfeels good to express what I feel through playing aninstrument (The Acoustic Guitar and Drums), writing(Songs and Poems), singing, and dancing. Music to mehas the power to draw different types of people togetherfrom all walks of life. It has the power to unite all inone rhythm and beat. It also has this effect on me thatgets me in a euphoric high. For example, if we hear afavorite track while driving, I simply turn it up andlet the highs stimulate our minds, the lyrics move ourhearts, and the bass from the subwoofers thump oursouls! It's all about the beats and the rhythm I guess.It feels so good.

I dislike drama and would never support it. But ifyou bring it, I can handle it. I've been through a lotin my lifetime and it would take more than that to phaseme. Let's just put it this way, I asked God forstrength, success, and love; He showed me a life full ofproblems, failures, and heartaches. I never quite didfigure it out until I put some thought into it. Believeme when I say this, I have learned from all my mistakesand I am now stronger, wiser, and better than everbefore!
