About Me

JUST GETTING STARTED...

Collecting books in general is an interesting hobby, but I think that for collecting books (especially comic books) from a certain period only (the Sixties), well, that's another thing altogether. If you are into 60s culture (music, clothes, clubs, etc), if you're either a mod or a beat-psych fan and you're just crazy about it, then you're probably there already.

In this blog of mine I'll try to explain as much as I know about comix (and books) of the Sixties, providing a source of infos for both the dedicated fan and the occasional web surfer.

Most of the times I'll refer to my own collection, as I believe that you can better talk about a book if you actually read it. Collecting 60s books can be an expensive hobby as well, so I'll try to get infos about book prices, bargains and how to get some rare item.

As someone would probably agree, it's all about being passionate.
