About Me

"I am a powerful and anointed woman of God, and I will preach and teach the gospel to the young as well as to the old, and my future is bright." Those are the eternal words that the Late Pastor Patricia Newton of Jamaica, NY encouraged me to speak over myself after I had been through the storm of my life. That was some years ago, that was my turning point, those words are life to me. Even when I don't feel anointed or look anointed I am everything that the I AM says that I am, because he has made me in his image and his likeness!! Even when people tell me that women aren't supposed to preach, and women can't pastor, and women should sit down and shut up; I feel like the prophet Jeremiah. I would sit down...if I could. I would shut up...if I could. But God keeps pushing me.Have you ever been pushed by the Holy Ghost? Has the Holy Ghost ever drove you, like it drove Jesus into the wilderness (Matthew 4)? That's how I feel. Sometimes I feel like Elijah (like I want to hide in a cave), but God never lets me stay down. I pat my own self on the back, dust myself off and speak the word of God. They say I'm too young, not man-enough, don't have the right last name, don't know the right people, ain't went to the right schools; but God says I approve you and I have made you meet to be a partaker of the afflictions that come with carrying this awesome precious cargo, that is the Word of God. So, I am here to stay. I am powerful, I am humbled, I am learning. But I'm never, ever defeated!...... ..
