Born near Pittsburgh, PA, multi-platinum producer and songwriter Gary Carolla began his musical career by attending West Liberty State College and obtaining a performance and bachelor of arts degree in music.
He landed his first opportunity as the musical director of the world renowned musical group Snap (The Power, Rhythm is a Dancer). Later he wrote and produced songs for Turbo B's album. In 1994 he created, with Alex Strasser and Sven Delgado Jordan, Centory ( Point of No Return video | unoffical site ).After touring with Snap, he ended by teaming up with their manager Johnny Wright. Together, they founded the Wright Entertainment Group and helped to develop, write and produce for the Backstreet Boys, *NSYNC, Britney Spears, Stevie Brock, Triple Image, and Aaron Carter. More recently, they started managing Christina Milian, Justin Timberlake, The Rag Dolls, and Boys II Men.
Gary is also a cancer survivor, having miraculously recovered from a malignant pancreatic cancer and colon cancer.
Current Projects
Gary is currently working with A440, an up-and-coming group recently compared to *NSYNC ( myspace.com/a440world ); Iggy, a promising Columbian vocalist; James Boyd and several others.
