About Me

Freelance photographer for live rock concerts and dog sporting events.
I am NOT a professional photographer...nor do I play one on t.v. I have never taken a photography class in my life. I have learned thus far by trial and error and I am still learning in this new day and age of digital EVERYTHING! One of my favorite photographers {Ross Halfin} has been quoted as saying..."I'm a film person who's been forced to use digital."...I agree with this comment more than anything. I still use film as well as digital. There's just something about film that captures the true ART of photography...and always will. This digital camera stuff is a mental maze of confusement. But I must admit, it is the way of the future, and therefore, I must adapt.I am NOT a bootleg photographer. All of the bands that I shoot for have either requested me to shoot for them or have granted me permission to be at their shows. I never stand in one spot when I shoot a rock and roll show or a dog sporting event. I am always on the move to get different shots every time.I am the Official Photographer {and Board Member} for the North American Ring Association {French Ring Dog Sporting} in the United States. I am also the Co-Editor for the North American Ring Association's International Newsletter "NARA Ring Sport News". You can view 100's and 100's of my dog sporting photos at http://www.ringsport.org. I am, and always have been, a Konica Minolta user...but I'm thinking about cheating {shhhhhh}.Please keep checking out the photos in my profile...I plan on adding/changing them quite often."A good photographer is always ready." - Erin Suggett
