This is a reminder that french's can ROCK!!!
Hull city is where I'm born, the neighbor city is Ottawa, the National Capital of Canada. Both cities are saperated by a river. That region also represent the borders of two provinces, Québec(french)and Ontario(english). Since I'm a kid, I've been listening english music and so does my parents and grand-parents. The french music back then, was mostly "de la chanson française" or "french folk".
This french canadian music never seem to be reaching the level of been tag as "Rock" english rock style, Now for a guy like me, groing up and never being stimulate by the french music, earing Fred Fortin music was "Yes it's possible", now we're talking, finaly someone who knoes how to sound like Rock'n'Roll should be.
Anyway for us, poor little franco-americans that we are, stuck in the upper corner pocket of amrica. this is nice !!!
