Trought out their short life les Junkyard Dogs have become a strong headliner, driving more then 150 000 kilometers for over 500 shows in Québec province only. They've also joined Trois-Rivières guitar heros Steve Hill, for his Domino Tour as " the back'up band. " Steve Hill and Marc Boutet (TR MAFIA indie label) produced les JYD's first album, " BOW WOW " recorded at studio Vox in Mtl. Distributed by Production Bros from Mtl. A second Album was also released "LES PORTES BARRÉES" produced by INDICA RECORDS. recorded at the Studio Beat Box in Mtl., mixed and mastered by Sabin Lapointe and Joe Gagné, distributed by Outside.
With their punk attitude in a traditional type of music, les Junkyard Dogs got banned from most traditional blues festivals, even afther playing in each and every one of them, They would rock your house like you never felt before or you got scarded.
This band is almost a hall of fame of the new generation of some of the best musicians from Québec. Pat TheWhite, Jean-Sébastien Chouinard, Richard Boisvert, François Sunny Duval, Louis-Philippe Bélanger, Steve Hill, Martin Lavallée, François Gravelle, Peter Modosh, Ricky Paquette, Alexandre Dubuc and JFNo... Now ! les Junkyard Dogs are done and this space is in memory of all those great parties we've attend and killed, enjoy!!!!
