DAISYCUPS CUPCAKE CO. HISTORY I arrived in the small New England coastal town in Massachusetts by way of Miami, Florida.Having lived on Long Island and then being transplanted in Miami gave way to my adventurous spirit. Being in a family that encouraged cooking from a young age, I began trying my hand at Sunday dinners. At the age of 10, I started baking on my own. I cooked in various restaurants in New England and then started my own successful catering business. But my passion for baking was the path on which I saw myself going forward.DaisyCups was born out of my wanting a little something sweet after my fabulous or not so fabulous meal. To the kitchen I went trying to decide what would satisfy my sweet tooth. What would be a sweet ending to the fabulous or not so fabulous meal, but not overfill me, if you know what I mean! Then it hit me! CUPCAKES!!I created the basic vanilla and chocolate cupcakes because I got the most requests for the simple taste of vanilla and the ever persistent chocolate craving we all seem to harbor! The fresh tartness of lemon is another favorite of mine as well as many of my repeat customers. And so it was added to the list.The launching of DaisyCups has truly been a labor of love and hard work.
