To The Victor is currently the name of the musical endeavors of myself (Eric Hess), out of the small town of Quincy, Illinois. Music production is my passion, so I have started accumulating as much production equipment as I can to write, record, and produce my own music, which you will find here on this page.
I have participated and performed with more than one band, and do hope to do so in the future. However, at this point in time I have not found that perfect line up of musicians with the same tastes, ideas, and visions as I possess. I know that such a single person does not exist sharing my identical mind, but I hope to find artists with the same general creative force as I have. Until then, I continue to do what I love with whoever so happens to accompany me.
In early 2008, I intend on releasing an EP of my solo music entitled "Absence" The CD will have 6 tracks and will be available for purchase. I will also be sending copies to stations and labels, in an effort to be on the airwaves or achieve some sort of status. Whatever it takes to let more people hear what I love making so much.
