"The Northwest's Hottest Country Band", it's a title that the members of Holy Cow wear proudly. A youthful band, the 4 members all had been in previous bands that had been quite successful. They all joined forces and hit the road in late April 2007 and have since played roughly 200 shows in their first year in 11 states and across Europe. They have opened up for Emerson Drive in Butte, MT. Was the backing band for Brandon Cash in Williston ND., Cheyenne WY. and Rock Springs WY. And alternated sets with one of New Mexico's biggest latin stars, Al Hurricane in Albuquerque NM.
Holy Cow plays a wide variety of tunes. Country music new AND old, Mainstream AND Underground, Nashville AND Texas. On top of Country music Holy Cow plays a good mix of classic to modern rock as well as various other popular songs. They are great songwriters as well. From Hank Williams and Merle Haggard to Toby Keith and Dierks Bentley. Texas artists such as Cross Canadian Ragweed and Jason Boland. Rock music like Lynyrd Skynyrd to Nickelback and Jimmy Eat World. Holy Cow has 3 lead singers each with their own style which results in a wide variety of songs as well as great 3 part harmonies.
Holy Cow is also Brandon Cash's backing band. They recently became the Tennessee Three for a night at a fair in Williston, ND. And Brandon returned the favor by being a special guest alternating sets with Holy Cow in Cheyenne and Rock Springs Wyoming.
