Created in 2002 by Tchadniz, Red Jedi is a Sound originally from French Guyana. It also gathered massives from Gwadeloupe and Cameroon. All of them grewn up listening the 80’s - 90’s Reggae Dancehall and Hip Hop Hits. It is in 2003 that they decided slowly but surely to go forward “inna di businessâ€. Red Jedi is composed of Tchadniz (owner, selecter, mc, ingeneer), Skandalyze (singjay, mc, producer), Rodo (singjay, selecter), Soundjata (selecter, operator). Brothers like Matrix, Addiss Ivory and Skunky Jah take part of the core of the Sound. Collaborating alongside the label called BLACK TUNE, they aim to promote the “local†music coming from many places, bringing different vibes [DOM, France, Africa, but also Surinam, GT and Jamaica].
