Ethereal Sleep formed in 2006 with Marcus and Arkadius, former Members of Dortmunds Power Metal Band AVANITAS and Benjamin, former Member of Dortmunds Thrashers McDEATH.
The Trio decided to create music different from their former Bands and so it came to a unique mixture of Doom Metal with elements of Prog and other types of Metal/Rock.
Currently the band is searching for a new second guitar player and a drummer to finish the recording of their debut and to perform visions of doom live...
