Not too many people I'm dying to meet. I'm shy and tend to go blank around people I admire. However, to be the typical obsessed fan, I would LOVE to meet Jonathan Davis. That would make my entire life and my afterlife. Or if I could go back in time, I'd meet the man himself; Ronnie Van Zant.
Korn, Tool, A Perfect Circle, System of a Down, Pantera, Pink Floyd, Lynyrd Skynyrd, .38 Special, Godsmack, (old) Metallica, White Zombie, The Outlaws, Drive-by Truckers, CDB, NIN, Jerry Reed, Johnny Cash, Alabama, Molly Hatchett, Marshall Tucker, Terry Reid, Bluegrass - Those are some of my favorites..I'm pretty typical. I like angsty stuff, loud stuff or stuff I loved as a kid. I'm somewhat of a musical snob in the fact that I find most everything else boring besides what I love and I tend to overplay my favorites until everyone around me wants to throttle me.
Gettysburg, Smokey and the Bandit, The Bridges of Madison County, Gone with the Wind, Donnie Darko, Bram Stoker's Dracula, Dances with Wolves, Glory, Harry Potter, The Devil's Rejects, Christine, The Car, The Color Purple, Forest Gump, Platoon, Freebird: The Movie, House of 1000 Corpses, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (original), most animal movies, good horror movies and anything that makes me cry (not from bad acting)
Lost, Invasion, America's Next Top Model (shut UP), Overhaulin', American Hot Rod, The Dukes of Hazzard, My Name Is Earl, The Office and just about anything on the History Channel
The Killer Angels, The Dark Elf Trilogy (and other series by R.A. Salvatore), anything by Stephen King, Cold Mountain, any historical non-fiction that isn't ABSOLUTELY dull, too many others for me to remember. I'll read anything once, or attempt to anyway.
Ronnie Van Zant. He's been my hero since I was a tiny girl. If ya don't know who he is, then get yourself educated. Otherwise, I'd say most every day people living their lives, trying to be decent human beings and finding happiness in what they have.
