I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

Happy, Cheerful, Curious and extremely frustrated by all the idiots around me.

My Interests

Writing / Raytracing / photography / backpacking - camping, getting lost in the great american west....listening for owls in the deep forest.Beauty in the world depends on how you see it....

Mexican Bird of Paradise (Olympus Digital)

Court House Steps (Olympus Digital)

Not Yet Ripe (Olympus Digital)

I'd like to meet:

Folks on MySpace that have some wit, insight and intelligence that can share it in the form of the written word, graphics or photography. Not really into all the friend collecting / cute graphic stuff. If you have a good Blog or a good eye with a camera, let me know. We can share critics.

Music:

Mostly Cinema Soundtracks......anything else but country or rap....

Movies:

Usually anything by Fellini, DeSica or Bergman. Most Hollywood films just suck these days (I mean really, Starsky and Hutch and the Dukes of Hazard?). Technology has gotten to the point where we can pretty much make our own movies anymore, so I will just be having my own premieres and the popcorn will be free.

Television:

TV Sucks, Make your own entertainment, like this (made with Wings3D / Bryce4 raytracing software).

(Frank Lloyd Wright once said: Television is Chewing Gum for the eyes)

Books:

Currently reading 'Mein Kampf' by Adolf Hitler. War and Peace was pretty good, as was anything by Asimov or Larry Niven.

Heroes:

They are all dead. Better to emulate them than to worship them.
