Phon's birth name is Stephon David Rudd given to him by his father and mother, Jonathan and Helen Rudd. With his original name meaning "crown" Phon was expected to be in the forefront of whatever he chose to do in life.
Raised in a non-denominational church, with seven of those years being under his father's ministry as a pastor, Phon studied bible prophecy and sought to expel common myths adopted by many of the Christian faith. Phon had always had a thorough understanding of bible scripture and he had a knack for simplifying it for even the newest converts.
He attended four years at Bowie State University in Maryland as an art major, his first love at the time. Here he crafted sculptures, molded ceramics, painted acrylic paintings and drew many still life portraits.
It was not long before his hobby matured into graphic design, which later caused him to change his major to business administration. Six years later, Phon has founded to major corporations, a commercial cleaning company and a self publishing company.
Phon has made it a habit of writing engaging novels, with lots of energy, and unforgettable characters that keeps the pages turning. Some of his articles are feature stories in LIFT Magazine, a Christian entertainment publication profiling gospel recording artists such as Tye Tribbet, Lexi and the Ambassador from the Cross Movement. When he is not writing books, Phon enjoys being a professional copywriter and entrepreneur.
He lives in the mountains of West Virginia.
