Ranc Zerox was a band that appeared towards the end of the Punk era. They were together from about 1979 to 1981. All the songs were written by the singer Paul Lancashire and / or the guitarist Les Hewitt, although the bass and drums drove the music giving it it’s power.
There were a few bassists including Tony Hewitt, Nick Small and Doug Maloney.
There were also a few different drummers including Jesu and Collin Heartness.
After a short while the permanent members ‘Ranc Zerox’ became Paul, Les Doug and Collin.
Although the music is very different from ‘Ranc Zerox’ I’ve put some of the other bands we’ve been in on MySpace. They are the first three ‘Top’ friends below.
