Hi! Here’s how I would describe myself… People say that I am a nice person who is compassionate, sweet, and has good values; yep, I’m an old fashioned girl. Although in the area of politics, I am very liberal. Writing and learning/discussing politics is always entertaining. I would also describe myself as being a little shy at first but I warm up very quickly. In college, I majored in political science and minored in art history. I am in law school right now and am thinking of going into family law, particularly in the area of child abuse and neglect or domestic abuse. Family is important to me since I am very family oriented. And of course I hold very dearly my personal ideals.
There is also a huge artistic side to me given how I love to paint, (yes, those are my paintings). What I have preferred to paint are the faces of people. Faces just fascinate me since you can tell a lot by looking at a person’s eyes.
I am passionate primarily about learning and finding out what else is out there. I am also passionate about the arts, music, history, reading, health and fitness, animals, nature; you name it! Working out at the gym is always fun; the treadmill is my best friend. :) My pets include one African Grey, which I adore.
Some random facts about me: Hmmm… One of my favorite movies is Cleopatra and I love the colors red and pink. I am an only child, but wished I had siblings when I was a little girl. I’m kind of a night owl and have always wanted to learn to play the piano and have been tempted to skydive. I recently danced so much that I could barely walk afterwards, but it was still great! My favorite artist is Bronzino from the late Renaissance period. And of course Michelangelo was an artistic genius.
But back to my point, sorry, the type of person I would like to meet is someone who is intelligent, sweet, and knows how to treat a woman right. And I hold honesty to be a very important quality in someone. He has to have a good sense of humor but also be serious and bookish when it is appropriate. So, I would prefer someone who is college educated. I am not really shallow but I do think that taking care of yourself is important. Thus being in good physical shape is always a plus. A man who is at least open to being in a real relationship is what I am looking for. Am I making sense? I know I may be asking for a lot, but what can I say, I’m a hopeless idealist…
