About Me

(above, bike kitchen, sf, ca on monday december 10th, 2007. last night of a marvelous three day stint with Antelope. that's trevor filling in for john on guitar.)

it all started with a tape recorder. actually an alarm clock tape recorder. and a vague ability to discern the noise it recorded from our rehearsals. we are languidly moving ahead with a new EP, (hoping to release it as a split 12" in 2008), finding times to meet up with john and play (he's now in NYC), including a quick tour of Peru in February. however, we're unpredictable and poor communicators, so keep checking back for surprises. xo tfo
August 2007: take a listen to our interview on West Add Radio, where we also play some of our favorite bands and a couple new songs that we recently recorded. Here is the archived interview page for West Add Radio and here is the actual mp3 audio . While you're there, listen to some of the other great shows on West Add Radio. Community-based, commercial-free, pirate and a labor of love.
Mail order our CD through Double Negative Records Interviews are funny: here's one from the San Francisco Bay Guardian . Barbara Manning was kind to us in the Chico News and Review . Also, a podcast interview on The Bay Bridged and a video interview with live footage from El Rio at Pacific Noise Check thefuckingocean.org for more info and downloads.
