Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain...

About Me

****************************************************

A professional by day who knows how to make the best out of life; I am a healthy mix of naughty and nice. (Albeit slightly tempered by my new living arangements. Kids tend to make you think twice about what you do in their presence!) A good man at heart who likes and knows how to have fun. I guess there is a little sinner and saint in all of us. My sinner and saint have come to terms with one another and make good friends. . . . . . I am the adventurous one in most groups, never afraid to say what I think or approach a stranger and strike up a conversation; which is a positive here on MySpace.

I enjoy writing and photography as a hobby, which is the main reason I am here. I also enjoy adventure in life. You'll find me seeking after thrills when I can (Riding my Harley through the North Cascades, snowboarding, surfing etc) and I have a serious travel bug that needs to be fed often, but I just as easily can be content sitting down with a friend or complete stranger talking for hours about politics, religion, you know, any taboo subject. Or you can find me relaxing with good friends over a movie or game night.. . . . . But chances are you'll find me in the local music scene catching a friends band. ****************************************************

I took the pictures on these pages. It's one of my hobbies. Click Here to view some of my work. I have had a few of these published professionally, but in case you are wondering, no I don't do fashion photography. That is a whole different world in photography, but if you want to sit nude in front of me and my digital camera, who am I to look a gift horse in the mouth. ;)

Here's the other woman in my life!!!

****************************************************

My dogs are a very big part of my life!!! They are my kids.

****************************************************

Travel is a big part of my life. Here are a few trips I have taken over the last five years. Allison, you and I will have our own pictures soon enough.

Cancun (January 2007)

Ireland (2003 & 1998)

Costa Rica (2005)

My Interests

Friends are the flavor of life . . . .

My interests run along these lines . . . . Riding for hours on my bike through the cascades or along the coast, Of course there are always the road trips in the car - long trips with the windows rolled down and my arm getting sunburned, Finding Irish pubs in just about every city I have been to (including Paris), Snowboarding off double diamond cliffs and nearly killing myself (Not highly recomended), Surfing the Oregon and Washington Coast (Yes it is butt ass fucking cold), playing my guitar by myself because I like to but really suck, listening to local bands at local pubs, rafting (I used to guide the Deschutes), Photography, making new friends, staying touch with old friends

I'd like to meet:

Someone resourceful enough to spring me from a third-world prison if I ever needed it.

From Friendship: Balance in life is something we should all seek, but I have experienced it's those of us who are a little off balance that have the most fun. ;) So you'll find I am most comfortable with friends who are just a little off. If you snowboard, surf or love to travel and have great stories to tell from wild experiences, I will probably seek you out as well.

From Someone I would date: I have met the most amazing woman and I am very content where I am at. This one came out of the middle of no where. It's true what they say, it always comes when you least expect it.
