ARTWORK:
FILE TYPES ACCEPTED
(these can be emailed or mailed to us)
Any of these file types are acceptable:
jpeg, bmp, tiff, eps, gif, postcript, pdf, psd (Photoshop files), and ai (Illustrator files).
You must include any font files used if they are not already embedded in the artwork.
We accept 72 dpi – 300 dpi images (150 - 300 dpi images are preferred at correct final size.)
We print at 1440 dpi. The higher the resolution of the file you provided us with, the better the end result will look.
We can not be responsible for poor print quality if you provide us with low resolution files.
DESIGN
Included in our service we can:
Scan in artwork
Touch up your artwork
Adjust colour correction and any colour changes
Photo retouch
Clean up logos
Add text and logos
Search for images and fonts needed
If time consuming requirements are needed to redraw or create a totally new piece of artwork, additional design fees will occur.
BASS DRUM HEAD INFORMATION
What is the size and colour of your current bass drum head?
Common Bass Drum sizes in diameter are: 18", 20", 22", 24" 26", 28".
MICROPHONE HOLE
If you have a microphone hole cut into your bass drum head, we need to know:
The diameter of the microphone hole.
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY
You will need to supply us with a front on digital photo (at ground level) of your existing bass drum which will enable us to determine the exact position of the microphone hole. If you are in the correct position to take the photo, you should not be able to see any of the shell of the bass drum.
We also need to know what position you want the final microphone hole.

LEGAL:
* To use a trademark or copyright image in your artwork, you must send us in writing a release, from who owns the image copyright. Hit n Run Drum will not be held responsible for any claims due to client's breach of copyright for which no release was received.
*Our inks used are fade resistant outdoors for up to 3 years and are vinyls used last up to 5 years before stretching.
* We can’t be responsible for replacing covers that have been damaged during home application.
* We can’t be responsible for colour variations - we print directly from the files we receive – changes will only be made if requested.
* We are not responsible for damage to t-shirts due to not following washing instructions - Before washing, always turn the t-shirt inside-out to prevent the print from rubbing against other garments and machine surfaces - Don’t wash in hot water. - Don’t tumble dry - IN SHORT: Heat and abrasion may damage the print.
* Make sure all specifications are correct and supplied to us when ordering. We will always email you the final artwork for approval. Make sure you check the final proof before you give us the final go ahead.
* Hit n Run Drum take no responsibility for lost / stolen / or damaged items in the mail system. It is up to the customer to choose what type of postage they require (insured or not).
* We keep all images on file. We do not sell your design ideas, photos or logos to others. We handle your originals with utmost care, but we hold no responsibility for loss or damage to any original artwork in our possession or in the mail system.
