Vegas Heat is a non-profit entertainment organization. Founded by Le Var Maxwell that strives to not only encourage talented and dedicated youth to meet their potential as individuals, but to work well together as a team.Vegas Heats main objective is to help these people build their self-esteem and confidence, along with strong ethics as caring, responsible human beings. He is especially committed to teaching this brand new generations about living a healthy, happy, drug-free, violence -free, gang-free and successful life. He reinforces this positive idea through personal example, and by maintaining high standards of behavior for the entire Jam Sk8-n Kru. This includes the requirement that each member maintain good grades if in school, attend school regularly, no use of offensive language, and set a good example for others.
