My Name Is Dabier, the debut EP from 11-year old actor-turned-rapper Dabier, is slated for an early 2008 drop. Armed with an infectious performance style and some exuberant, sing-along hooks, Dabier seems good-to-go with the next generation of pre-teen female music fans! Recorded at The Cutting Room in Manhattan, the Dollatarian Records release is the creation of Brooklyn-based hip-hop artist / entrepreneur MYNORiTY, who founded the label and also stepped up as the project's executive producer. The radio-friendly tracks were supplied by innovative beatmasters Michael "Seven" Summers (Juvenile, Twista) and Maxwell Smart (Fabolous, Jim Jones), among others. The lyrics-- ripped from the pages of Dabier's real-life experiences-- were written by MYNORiTY and the outrageous rapper Bilistic (New Life Records).Dabier recently signed with the Innovative Artist Talent Agency (they handle various undisclosed celebrities, among others) in L.A. Dabier's prime time TV appearances season included "Hannah Montana", "Everybody Hates Chris" ,“House”, "Cold Case", and "The Shield" He also co-starred with Vivica Fox in the film The Salon.
