About Me

My real name is Chad, and I live in Colorado. I am thrilled to have a MySpace presence on the World Wide Internet! I'm still waiting for the money, fame, and a sugar mama to roll in...
LAST MONTHS'S MASTER PLAN (WHICH WAS A FAILURE!)...I have decided to destroy the planet by inventing fake diseases and convincing people they are DYING. If you suffer from one of the following, do not consult your physician (it's probably too late):Fast Bleeder Syndrome Butter Pores Collapsed Synaptic Delay Morbid Stomach Fatigue Restless Liver Disorder Epidermal Growth Disfunction Sleepy Foot Hyperbolic Esteem Decay Morphing Harmoniplasty- Slacker Supervillain
Shameless Plug: You can check out some music I did once upon a time by going to iTunes and clicking HERE . (You will need to have iTunes installed.)THANKS FOR VISITING!

My Interests

Writing, iPod Karaoke (in my living room), my iPod

I'd like to meet:

David Bowie, Caroline or Jim Corr, Obi-Wan Kenobi (the young version), "Weird" Al Yankovic, Neil Gaimain, Morgan Freeman, Vin Diesel (only if it was at Chilis), oh heck... ALL of the Corrs! Sean Penn, but NOT Alex McCandless. Brian May of Queen. Susan Sto-Helit.

Music:

David Bowie, Queen, "Weird" Al Yankovic, Judas Priest, The Corrs, Ladytron, Hooverphonic, The Flaming Lips, 80s Music (much of which is schlock), !!T.REX!!, Zero 7...
I am so freaking in love with Shelby Lynne. Her voice and lyrics comfort me. Thank God for iPods and artist shuffle... instant Shelby.

Movies:

General:
STAR WARS, Vampire Movies, Indiana Jones, James Bond, Lord of the Rings, B-Movies, Sci-Fi, usually Ridley Scott, James Cameron, and Spielburg.
Having kittens about the upcoming Indiana Jones and the Kindom of the Crystal Skull! I am so glad they're bringing Marion back!

Television:

Lately TV is just noise in the background. I like the noise. PBS is a good noise channel. So are the CW and Fox. NBC makes for good late night noise.

Books:

Tolkien, Orson Scott Card, Michael Crichton, JK Rowling, the first Dune book, the Bible (NKJV preferred, but I'm not psycho about that), Terry PratchettI am recently obsessed with reading high school-level literary classics. No idea.

Heroes:

I just can't get into it. I watched the first 5 or 6 episodes, then I missed a week and then POOF! I didn't care any more. I can't bring myself to buy the DVD, but I may ask for it for Christmas.
The Japanese kid raising his arms and yelling (I think!) "Success" in Japanese was only heart warming the first few times. Kind of like a three year old that says something funny at Thanksgiving that gets it attention, so it rides that pony until its Mom tells it to shut up.
I once caused myself heart-attack-like pain that lasted for three weeks by pounding my chest and yelling "Kaplah!" I thought I was dying. But No. I had bruised the flesh UNDER my sternum, the doctor said. He asked if I knew how it had happened. I didn't.
