About Me

When I was around ten years old, I discovered a dinosaur fossil of a Paleozoic Ammonite in the hills of my hometown. It was a segment of its shell that was captured in the stone. Some local archaeologists traded me a few science kits so I would loan them the ancient sea creature to examine over the summer. I've been seeking out adventure ever since....In 1999 while in London performing music at the Tate Gallery, I befriended a Swiss millionaire whose family had invented Velcro. He became my benefactor in Europe. After high-bourgeois activities that left me empty and burnt-out, I had an altercation with my benefactor and moved to New York. I am here sniffing around for inspiration, perspiration, and respiration. Well, now that I've established a few highlights and a context....I've been deejaying for a dozen years now, collecting records incessantly, producing music for my indie label, and doing sound design projects for television, short films and motion graphic pieces. My mother is Thai and my father is from Iowa (by way of Bohemia) which made for an interesting childhood. I'm a retired b-boy; wannabe librarian/french gangster and/or jew, doing rock&roll high-kicks.
