About Me

They were one of the most interesting, in addition, most controversial EBM volume of the early 90's year: The Duesseldorfer Tilt! in order head and Mastermind Zadoc possessed the cynicism and the biting joke of a Tommi Stumpff - musical they were however hardly to be arranged: Zadoc sampeled with preference favored of soundtracks, so that the result often seemed like one bizarr mutated version of loaf oh. Today still unforgotten their club hit is "Merciless" - and before itself Tilt! on their final album "I PUT A Smell on You" (1995) as a EBM variant of the Pogues outed, appeared 1993 with "The NEXT degeneration" their blackest and homogeneous work. Put on as imaginary sound TRACK for imaginary (Horror)filme, the album the necessary portion reveals to black humor, in order also today still as a classical author straight stands to be able. Here becomes with agonies of fear ("Rats") and horror plates ("Toys") clever and played, the Songs keep almost symphonical dimensions urgent by the employment of the orchestral samples. Developed in a time, when in the EBM category still unorthodox one experimented, "The NEXT degeneration" retrospectively a high-grade exception album and for many still discovering classical authors - not least, because it to the *Stilistik* at that time these volumes, cineastically topics with cynicism to pair comic-magz texts and high-difficult arrangements until today no genuine alternative gives. Separated Tilt misunderstood to a large extent already at that time! Center of the 90's up. An unfortunate loss! Shut up !

„... ‚The Next Degeneration’ hat zwar sehr gute Songs, doch produktionstechnisch ist das Album für mich unter dem Niveau, das man hätte erreichen können. Aber das ist normal, wenn kein Geld da ist.“

With the Tjosten the contractors with lances arranged forward rode one on the other too to lift with the goal the opponent by a well positioned hit from the saddle. The Tilt! was a kind barrier, which separated and thus prevented the two contractors that the knight thrown from the saddle was run over by the opposing horse . ~*~ or at poker game : ~*~ Tilt!
