Forbidden Grace (originally Morte Efficere) took their unholy form in the early 2006 from the minds of Lord Ematos (Vocals), Hertier (initially Bass) and Löwen (Guitar).
First line up included Valerio B. to the second Guitar, but after little time he abandoned the band for personal motives, and he was replaced by Hertier in his role (who will also take care of the growling vocal lines).
In a second moment, Infestus (Bass) and Mannoroth (Drums) have entered the band to complete the rhytmic section.
With the complete definition of the line-up, Forbidden Grace immediately began the layout of own songs, taking as point of reference the Scandinavian Black Metal scene, devoting the search of a powerful, immediate and violent sound that, at the same time, includes atmospheric moments, treating in their lyrics the darkest aspects of the human being.
In December 2006, after varied months of job, they effected the recordings of the first demo: "Ethereal Winter".
One month later, Mannoroth left the band for musical divergences and they had to stop their activities for some months, until DevA joined the band.
Due to reasons for interest, Infestus was replaced by Kobal (twin brother of DevA) who added to the band a more technical songwriting.
They are actually working on stuff for a new release, and searching for a label.

I Forbidden Grace (originariamente Morte Efficere) hanno preso la loro dissacrale forma nei primi mesi del 2006 dalle menti di Lord Ematos (Voce), Hertier (inizialmente al Basso) e Löwen (Chitarra).
La prima line-up includeva Valerio B. alla seconda chitarra, ma dopo poco tempo ha dovuto lasciare la band per motivi personali, sostituito da Hertier nel suo ruolo(il quale si prenderà cura anche delle linee vocali in growl).
In un secondo momento, Infestus (Basso) e Mannoroth (Batteria) entrarono nella band per completare la sezione ritmica.
Con la completa definizione della line-up, i Forbidden Grace subito si dedicano alla composizione di pezzi propri, prendendo come punto di riferimento la scena Black scandinava, alla ricerca di un sound potente e di impatto violento che, allo stesso tempo, includa momenti votati all'atmosfera, trattando nei loro testi gli aspetti più oscuri dell'animo umano.
Nel dicembre del 2006, dopo svariati mesi di lavoro, vengono effettuate le registrazioni del primo demo, intitolato "Ethereal Winter".
Il mese successivo, Mannoroth lasciò la band per divergenze musicali e questo porterà alla band un breve periodo di pausa che si concluderà con l'ingresso di DevA.
Per ragioni d'interesse, Infestus sarà sostituito da Kobal (fratello gemello di DevA), che aggiungerà alla band una maggiore maturità compositiva.
Ultimamente la band è al lavoro sulla stesura di materiale per una nuova uscita, prevista per i primi mesi del 2008, e alla ricerca di una label.
