I am here for Friends

About Me

It's 7:15 (West Coast time) and I'm basically just waiting for Janelle to punch one of her co-workers in the face so she can take off (and ditch her hoity toity Californian psudo-enviornenmentalist dreams *not that there's anything wrong with that* of "carpooling" to The Bevey every day) and meet me at Jerry's Deli for some Matzo Ball soup and vodka sodas. That summs my life up nicely.

My Interests

Movies:

Fight Club, Bottle Rocket, Kill Bill, Read My Lips, Amores Perros, HELLBOY, City of God, Ghostbusters, They Live....etc.

Brenda Walsh.

My Blog

Anton Chigurh vs. Sidney Bristow

I wonder if my life view (or anyone's particular view on life) can be whittled down and based upon the answer to one overly simplistic and potentially stupid question - who would win in a fight: Anton...

Everything About Today Annoys Me

There are some very very annoying things afoot in LA. Perhaps it is the dork contingent of aintitcoolnews.com dampening my fucking spirits with their ulcer inducing reviews of X3. You know what geeks?...

The Battlefield

The early 80's prophet Pat Benetar once said, "love is a battlefield." The late 90s anit-chirst Michael Ovitz once said, "LA is a battlefield." Let's discuss the recent casualties of war:Scinario 1. "...

"you can cry and cut, but you'd better cry and cut!"

Obviously not something I came up with myself, but rather a now-famous PROJECT RUNWAY quote from Zulima (angry black lesbian) to Kara (weepy aussie half wit). I find this quote and the dynamic behind ...

Bobby Flay makes me want to ex-patriate (like TS Elliot!)

look, I've got nothing against red heads (not counting Molly Ringwald) and I usually find rediculously thick New York accents endearing (not counting Fran Drescher), but Flay is f'in rediculous. Di...
