Mark Jackus aka Dj aMaZe became famous after his first show at the age of fifteen and the best residencies in Germany like Unit/Planet/ Baikonur/Phuture club/Playground. He recognized that is the way of his life. Peforce he cancelled his football career with seventeen, he played in the best junior legue in west-germany. Now he is a DJ for more than 14 years and already played with an incredible list of national & international DJs. He wants to make a journey through the different electronic styles. Now he presents his own club project called "CusCus" which includes a cooperation with the WWF (worldwide wildlife foundation).

Living & born in Dortmund one of the most popular Graffitti-Towns in Europe he was very influenced by the Hip-Hop & Breakdance scene and also starts activities in the age of eleven. Tracks like "Ring Ring" (De la soul) , Turn up tha bass, Blackout (lil louis), Let..s go (fast eddie) and all the Italo mix sensations makes a young clubbing man of him, maybe the youngest.
From the beginning of House music he is very influenced by the history of works by the hall of fame: Derrick May, Kevin Saunderson, Jeff Mills, Armando (R.I.P.), WestBam, Sven Väth, Jam&Spoon(R.I.P).
National Highlights He performed at the F:O:C:E:M: festival@ Balver Höhle(biggest event cave in europe/also known from ”Die Fantastischen 4 unplugged concert”)with over 3.500 people, he played in the club-area an amazing 4 hours set. He loves to play in clubs, and his long time of best residencies in West-Germany have wide open-highlights trough the time. But absolut highlights for him.. playing with jEFF mILLS ALLNIGHT long! 4 hours before and 5 hours after him! The "back to back" set with M.A.N.D.Y /Phillip. Thanks for that sessions!
International Highlights
aMaZe already started saving frequently flying miles at an early stage visiting New York, Rome, Zürich, Vienna, Barcelona, Berlin, Hamburg and plently other cities.

His first studio internship in 1996 at Denmark Entertainment, he start to work with the legendary ATARI, have fun to make samples but also learn the most important things about studios & soundmachines. His first works never come out, because for him was not completely.

In the year 2003 he comes together with Massimo Santucci, a music maniac and producer. Together they builded a new studio and checked out the sounds for a new history of works. The first production was Dj aMaZe “Black Diva” on trust your tribe recordings . The Track was supported by JUDGE JULES (Hot SummerTopTen 2004/no.2) & Oliver Moldan (Therapy/Prawler), Tom Novy, Phil Fuldner. The actually Track “cause I miss” is signed on Distinto a sub label of Beatfreakrecordings (one of the most respected house label in the world) (2nd week No.1 on JUNO.uk) and also on the actually compilation “The underground sound of Madrid 2006”. Supported by: Simon&Shaker, Chab, D-Nox, Oliver Moldan, Peter Jürgens, JD Davis, D-Fomation and more... Lately they signed the new Massimo Santucci’s singles “Sweep Attack” and “Best” (in cooperation with Si Paul / Lost Witness) on the Armada Label Group and the new Maxrage & aMaZe 12"Inch soon @the well-known UK Label Baroque Records.
