Things that keep my spirit alive and kicking...most important is my family...music, singing, performing with my band, and writing. Indulging in fine foods, wines and traveling rate right up there. My bandmates are the greatest bunch of guys. It's so cool to be able to play out and perform a decade of great music, and I get to wear all those clothes I kept from the 80's just knowing they'd come back around...lol.
