I love to read! All books are pretty much my faves. At the top of the list is The Coldest Winter Ever by Sista Soulja. But, the best book to live by is of course, THE BIBLE.
My grandparents who raised me. My Nana taught me how to be a strong, self respecting woman, while maintaining class and dignity. My Papa was the strongest, bravest, sweetest man I have ever known. He never told me what to look for in a man-he showed me by his treatment of me and by the way he treated my grandmother. I am thankful to him for setting the bar so high and making it impossible for me to settle for less. My sister Karen for her strength and support and her unwavering love. And finally my first friend and my best friend, my niece Hope, who is my biggest cheerleader in life. She believes in me when I doubt myself and she always helps me make sense of things when life gets too confusing-plus she keeps having beautiful babies for me to love and she is one of the best mothers I know.
