Begravelse originally started in fall of 2006 as a side project of KB and JD of the death metal band Oriax. The two wanted to explore their interest in the black metal genre and create their own. 2007 saw the release of the first Begravelse album entitled In The Path Of Pestilence. Begravelse is in constant writing mode and is hoping for another full length release in 2008. Preserve the black metal front, death to false black metal.
