1998 : Birth of the band RESISTANCE in Strasbourg, Alsace.2005 : After the usual evolutions and changes, the band line-up consists of the two founding members Joël (guitars) and Florian (bass/backing vocals), and the two remaining bastards Marc (drums) and Nathaniel (vocals).2006 : Recorded in 3 days, the first RESISTANCE demo appears to the metal world at the end of december. 8 tracks for a great headbanging session with a beer in your hand.2007: The first album is recorded mixed and mastered... It is to be released in january 2008 under the banner of EMANES METAL RECORDS. Expect a powerful moment of trashing madness, including a MANILLA ROAD cover 'Necroplis' thanks to the gentle authorization of Mark 'the Shark' Shelton in person...The band withdraws its inspiration from many 80's metal acts ranged from heavy metal to thrash metal, as well as from a couple of 70's rockers.
