27Pablo – Yes Mi Selecta International.
27 Pablo apeared in sound system circulation in Poland in 1998 being one of a few Roots orientated selectors. A year later he became a pioneer of contemporary Dancehall style in Poland. In those times Jamaica has been taken by storm by such a riddims like Bada Bada, Street Sweeper, Bruck Out. Pablo was the first national selector presenting the juggling based on those fresh riddims. He was also bringing back all the Dancehall and Reggae classics, that somehow didn’t reach Poland.In 1999-2002 Pablo played countless shows around the country presenting the finest and the freshest Dancehall and Reggae from Jamaica. Pablo was also the first selecta regularly DJing during the sessions, and many people say he originated some of the most popular Polish Dancehall slogans. He won the First Antibabylon Soundclash in Slupsk in 2000, and was voted the King Of The Dancehall during the Soundclash in Lodz following year.
In 2002 Pablo moved to Portugal where he teamed up with a French selector - Lexo. Together they formed Yes Mi Selecta – the first strictly Dancehall sound system in Portugal. Yes Mi Selecta collaborated with all the best local Reggae, Hip Hop and Breakbeat crews in Portugal. They represented Reggae and Dancehall on many crossover musical events like Red Bull Sound System on the first day of European Championship in Portugal, and many others. In 2004 Pablo & Lexo were mashing up every place they have been to, no matter what kind of massive was in.They were also the most familiar faces to see while opening the majority of the international Reggae and dancehall acts in Lisbon.
In 2005 Pablo went on tour to Poland for seven shows, and especially to open the first ever visit of Freddie McGregor in his motherland, than he moved to Ireland. Although the two selectors were now living in two different countries they decided to keep working under the name of Yes Mi Selecta. In 2005-2006 they met on number of musical encounters in Lisbon and Dublin. They also played for the first time in Germany on spectacular 10 Years Anniversary session for Kingstone Sound System.
In 2006 Pablo won the 3rd e-clash organized by Reggae Forum in Poland
In 2006 Lexo opened the first strictly Reggae record store in Lisbon. If you come to town visit Embassy Sound in 17 Rua Da Atalaia in Bairro Alto. You will find there not only fresh tunes but also all information about all recent Reggae events.
In 2007 Pablo has played only a couple of session in Dublin, Ireland, but Lexo could be heard almost everyday in Lisbon. In the end of the year complete Yes Mi Selecta went for a tour in Poland, alongside Luszjano Rafentaf.
In the begining od 2008 Pablo came back to Poland, where he teamed up with Luszjano and Mothaship to create Passa Passa Kru aka Lobotomia dedicated to Dancehall.
He also started to run a regular session every Wendsday with Junior Stress in the artistic club called PraCoVnia. In the middle of March they started to record a live podcast which you can hear @ Bashment Chillout Podcast
Pablo keeps touring Poland promoting Dancehall with Passa Passa Kru, but also paying tribute to strictly Roots Music for instance as a warm up act for Soul Stereo and Carlton Livingstone on 29th March 2008 in Poznan.

Lexo apart from his weekly Thursday session @ Kitsch'n is playing Reggae and Dancehall all over the Lisbon and the rest of Portugal.
