'Rabbits Against Magic' is the words and music of Michelangelo Sosnowitz, (his real name) with John Hadfield playing Drums, Sebastian Noelle playing Guitar, Trifon Dimitrov playing Bass and Michelangelo on Vocals and Piano.
Described as: 'George Michael flirting with Annie Lennox at Howard Jones house while Mick Fleetwood throws some Steely Dan on the stereo', Michelangelo’s music reflects a clever and intelligent piano man at work. After creating a buzz in New York City’s live music scene, as well as the college radio set- making CMJ’s Top 100 Most Added List at 11 as the band ‘Michelangelo’, the group started gaining attention from music fans and music industry alike. However, as more industry started to get involved, there grew a heavy urging to change the band name, because, as one friend put it, the given name of 'Michelangelo' was just too gay. So 'Rabbits Against Magic' was formed. Their new CD 'Daylight', produced by Jon Gordon, (Suzanne Vega, Patti Scialfa, Madonna) is scheduled for a Fall 2007 release.
