Mindless Torture is composed of various members and former members of bands prominent within the Midlands Metal scene. The band began in 2006 October 2006 when Gaz was acting as security guard at Club Juice the night Shadie and Anil played there with their other band Necrotize.
We began talking about musical aspirations and the desire to make a REAL death metal band. Originally a trio we began rehearsing and realised that the music we made was fucking ace. So a few weeks later Karl was recruited as a guitar player, after auditioning many bass players who just did not live up to our expectations Karl volunteered to take up the Bass and is doing a good job with it. A second guitarist is currently being lined up, which we hope will expand our sound even further.
We all bond over the mutual love for the death/thrash scene and possess an inhuman urge to play extreme metal and put into the scene what we have gotten out of it.
