The DroFessor, formally known as Chase Wilson, is soon to prove himself as one of the south's BEST producers. By combining his knowledge with his musical genius, Chase's unique personality shows through his work and style. Being a full-time college student, The DroFessor easily proves himself as a hardworker. Blending various styles from former southern producers such as Three Six Mafia, Lil Jon, Mannie Fresh and etcetera, The DroFessor successfully persuades his audience into a crunk state of mind. Born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, his open-mindedness helped him to mold the traditional ways of the south allowing him to effectively communicate between various races. This skill, in addition to his life experiences, has enabled him to find ways of reaching his local audience far beyond others. He always carries himself in a professional manner and states, "I feel that I have to be a positive role model for those younger than me." Chase volunteers at an inner-city community program (CMY) as a piano instructor, trying to give those the same opportunity that he had. He shows respect to everyone, even those who do not show him respect. Most importantly, he acknowledges God for giving him talent and knows that without faith and hardwork, he would not be headed down the road he is on today.
