THE E! TRUE HOLLYWOOD STORY OF ADDY AND LAYA
2006-Addy and Laya first met each other in an online chatroom of a music fansite. The chatroom was a lovely place...with many different people from all walks of life, from all over the world. Great online friends were made and it turned into a memorable chat-filled summer. But as the season changed, both Addy and Laya discovered that some things were just NOT right at the fansite...so, they left, and got back to reality. Addy in her world, and Laya in hers, miles apart. But a chance meeting in October of 2006 would change everything...
Addy and Laya bumped into each other at a music show, not having known that the other would be there. An amazing night ensued and their bond was strengthened more than they could ever dream...For two months later, they took a trip to Destin, FL and AddyLaya was born. They realized the one strongest thing that brought them together was MUSIC. Whether it's rock, blues, soul, acoustic...Addy and Laya want to hear it and help spread the world for original artists and musicians who share the same love of good music.
This is just the beginning for AddyLaya and we are very excited! If, by chance, we get to meet our favorite artists and get our picture taken with them, they become honorary members and get their pictures posted on our site. We'd like to send a special shout-out to Michael Warren, who became our first friend and got the ball rolling for us!! We love you MW. Special thanks goes to the Caldwell, and Ernie Halter!
NOW FOR SOME WORD OF CAUTION... Please don't mention the fact that Laya (see above left) doesn't have a nose. It brings back horrible memories for her. She lost her lovely nose in a tragic editing accident. We've been looking into some really expensive photoshop applications, but have yet to find one to that would allow image regeneration. And for some reason, Addy's left eye (see above right) looks a little strange. Another freak accident that should not be mentioned. This is why you were taught from a very young age, "Save your work frequently!"
