My name is Demi.

I am a literacy teacher who plants the learning seeds of our young children. No I don't do circle time with the kids. I use direct instruction which teaches reading and comprehension skills using scripted instruction that is designed to teach phonics and decoding skills in an environment that encourages repeated practice. In other words, I actually teach the children how to READ.

My favorite online areas are BlackPlanet, TheSims sites, Yahoo, BET, Black Angel, TheSource, VIBE, Black Pages, Art.com, and so many more.

I love the movie Love Jones, Love and Basketball, Best Man, The Five Heart Beats, Tyler Perry's Plays, The Mummy, AVP, Spawn, Blade, karate flicks, and all of Pam Grier movies.

I enjoy teaching, cooking, dancing, modeling, singing, acting, reading, art, poetry, and traveling.

I love to listen to music.......this is one of my passions. I enjoy all types of music, Jazz & Blues, R & B, Gospel, Latin, etc.

I enjoy shopping and trying out new restaurants.

I love basketball, car racing, boxing and football.

I also collect model cars and Spawn action figures.
