About Me

SMMR is now on Blogger.com!
check us out at sundaymorningmusicreview.blogspot.com

We're moving to a slightly different format, where bands from myspace will be 'showcased,'instead of fully reviewed. This just means that the songs will be commented on with a fair amount of detail (see Deaf Stereo) but not receive a rating and full attention that a show or an album recieves. Feel free to contact us formally for EP and album review requests. Thanks.

Music reviewed by a musician. Rock/Indie/Soul reviewed and collected in a central point. The reviews here will be written with a writers ear in mind. Tell your friends, they could always be more popular. The intent isn't just to rate and review bands, but to do so in a way that helps people find good music to which they may not have otherwise been exposed.

The Comas

This band is the type of 'good' that leaves you thinking that perhaps all they need is to hook up with a good producer. A few of the songs have awesome potential, but for whatever reason don't leave y...
